1. 本機小(xiǎo)巧美觀,大大節省占地空間,效率高,操作(zuò)簡單,價格實惠。
2. 本機采用(yòng)伺服電(diàn)機驅動飛達送紙,取代了傳統的傳動軸機構,有(yǒu)效提高了傳動的穩定性和使用(yòng)壽命。
3. 本機采用(yòng)電(diàn)磁加熱輥,加熱速度快(100℃時僅需 5 分(fēn)鍾),恒溫精(jīng)度高,明顯提高了塗膜速度和表面效果。
4. 伺服驅動控制碾紙位置更穩定、更精(jīng)确。

PERFORMANCE AND CHARACTERISTICS This machine adopts advanced technology at home and abroad, and is a new generation product developed by our R&D team. It is an ideal equipment for multi-purpose, for the coating process of BOPP precoat film, BOPP non-adhesive film. 1. This machine is small and beautiful, which can greatly save the occupied space, high efficiency, simple operation and affordable price 2. This machine adopts Feida paper feeding driven by servo motor instead of traditional transmission shaft mechanism, which effectively improves the transmission stability and service life. 3. The machine adopts electromagnetic heating roller, which has fast heating speed (only 5 minutes at 100℃) and high constant temperature accuracy, and obviously improves the speed and surface effect of film coating. 4. Servo drive control paper lapping position is more stable and accurate. 5. The machine adopts cast iron wallboard, which can improve the stability and service life of the machine. 6. Double paper layout, low speed operation, speed memory and other functions make the operation more convenient. |
